Potato Sausage Casserole
1 lb pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup of milk
Salt and pepper
3 cups sliced potatoes
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown sausage. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer half of the potatoes, half of the soup mixture and half of the sausage. Repeat layers. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven 2-3 minutes uncovered for the cheese to melt.
